"Ayurveda for Women in Daily Life"
This workshop is meant to give you an understanding of what Ayurveda is, it's foundation principles, and how to use it in your daily life, which is what Ayurveda truly is.
Ayurveda is meant to be experienced in your daily life, not to simply read the books and put it back on the shelf, but to put what you learn into practice.
The workshop will help give you more understanding of who you are, what your nature is, and how you can then use food, lifestyle, yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and other tips to bring your Self back to balance.
As we are living in modern times (read: fast, hectic, rushed and stressful), the roles of a woman have changed and we find ourselves performing many roles within a day.  This stress reaps havoc on our hormonal system and thereby can cause all kinds of imbalances such as PMS (pre mentrual syndrome), early menopause, lack of menses, increased blood loss during menses, lack of fertility, painful ovulation, fibro-cystic changes lack of energy and many other imbalances.
We will talk about how our "civilized" way of living, has taken us further from our true nature, our true self.  By understanding how this stress affects us and learning how we can make changes in our daily life which will greatly affect our life in a positive way, both physically, emotionally, energetically and mentally.
Learn how you can take control of your own health and happiness by making adjustment in your own daily life that are right for you as an individual and experience these huge effects they will have in your life.

Dates: December 17th, 12:30-17:00 at Yoga Form, Belgium
Cost: 50 Euros

"Ayurvedic Pregnancy & Post-Natal Care":
This workshop informs the mother-to-be how to live and eat according to Ayurveda during her pregnancy. It also helps her to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for giving birth and the first six weeks thereafter, which is seen as a crucial time frame for healing and rejuvenation in Ayurveda.
You will learn everything from diet, herbs and many other beautiful tips which I learned during my first pregnancy personally from my teachers, Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Claudia Welch, yoga teacher Chitra Chiague and other wonderful teachers.
What I will share with you will make a world of difference in that beautiful yet fragile time of a woman's life of how it can be a time of complete depletion or a time of transformation and rejuvenation!

Dates: to be announced
Cost: 30 Euros

It will give you a good foundation to start your practice

"Introduction to Yoga" - Level 2
This workshop is for people who have either done the Level 1 workshop or have advanced level experience in yoga asana.
We will go into how to use the principles of Ayurveda in your asana practice to thereby adjust your routine to what YOUR body needs as every individual's body has different needs to come back into balance.

Ayurvedic Yoga
This workshop is intended for yoga students of intermediate leve and yoga teachers to learn about how to integrate the wisdom of Ayurveda into the yoga asanas.
We will practice and experience which asanas and vinyasas are good for which Ayurvedic dosha (constitution): Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Not only if this is your own prakruti (the constitution you are born with), but also for when it is your vikruti (present imbalance within your body/mind).  Also as the seasons all are their own Vata, Pitta and Kapha season, you will learn how we can adjust our asana practice to be what our body needs at the present moment.
We are not who we were yesterday, nor will we be tomorrow. Ayurveda teaches us how to work with who we are at the present moment and how to keep ourselves in balance our bring ourselves back to balance, of which yoga asana can be a great part of the balance or disbalance. If we are doing a yoga asana practice that does not match with our own constitution or present state, it can also do more harm than good. Same with the opposite, it can be a great aid to perfect health!
